Tirupati Graphite plc advises that Lincoln Moore resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 23 May 2022, having served for nearly 2 years, to focus on his other professional commitments. The Board would like to thank Mr Moore for his service to the Company and wish him well for the future. The search for Mr Moore’s replacement will begin in due course.
