Further to the Company’s announcement of 10 November 2022, the Issue Shares, being 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value, were admitted to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities (“Admission”) effective at 8.00 am today.
