With an extensive industry background spanning over 25 years in financial services, Vishal brings a wealth of experience. His professional journey commenced in 1998 with AIM-listed Farlake Group, an Investment Management Boutique, where he laid the foundation of his career. In 2001, he joined Hitchins Harrison Ltd, assuming the role of a sales trader.
Vishal joined Seymour Pearce in 2002, managing a small long-only Equities fund. This led him to WH Ireland in 2006, where he built an Institutional Trading, Financial intermediary, and Derivatives desk. His portfolio extended to encompass the management of UK and overseas Institutions, including notable Sovereign Wealth funds from Asia.
Vishal’s journey at Optiva commenced in 2010 when he joined an experienced team focusing on corporate finance and broking. He was involved in several high-profile IPOs on AIM and the Standard Market during his tenure, showcasing his strategic insight and proficiency.
Vishal holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester. His remarkable career trajectory, marked by many accomplishments, is a testament to his unwavering dedication and expertise in financial services.
