Tirupati Graphite plc, the fully integrated, revenue generating, specialist graphite producer and graphene and advanced materials developer, is pleased to announce that it has received clearance of its 211 application from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) ahead of the cross listing of its Ordinary Shares for trading on OTCQX Markets (‘OTCQX’) under the ticker TGRHF. The Company will confirm the start of trading as soon as the OTCQX on-boarding process is completed.
