BiON plc: Update on Publication of AccountsBiON (AIM: BION), an environmental engineering, wastewater treatment and renewable energy solutions company, gives notice that it will not be in a position to publish the Company’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 by 31 October 2021. This is due to the ongoing audit process for the Company’s annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, as announced on 27 September 2021. The Company expects the audit process for its 2020 accounts to complete within the coming weeks, which would enable it to publish its results for the first half of 2021 shortly thereafter. The Company will update the market in due course as appropriate.
