Advance Energy plc (AIM:ADV), the energy company seeking growth through acquisition or farm-in to non-operated interests in discovered upstream projects, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is being posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 30 November 2021 at 10.00 a.m.

The Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy will be uploaded to the Company’s website www.advanceplc.com shortly.
