Asiamet Resources Limited: Notification of Investor Webinar CallAsiamet Resources Limited is pleased to announce that it will host a shareholder webinar and Q&A at 08:00am UK time (7pm Melbourne time) on Wednesday 17 November 2021.
The call will be hosted by Asiamet’s Executive Chairman Tony Manini along with the senior management team of Asiamet who will discuss the proposed transaction and strategic partnership as announced on 3 November 2021 with Indonesian mining contractor PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. (“DOID”). This will be accompanied with a general business update.
The deal is expected to create significant value for all Company stakeholders with the BKM project well-funded towards production and able to leverage off DOID’s extensive Indonesian operational expertise in mining and mine development related services in addition to their strong financing capability and relationships (especially in debt and project finance).
