Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L, TGRHF.OTCQX), the specialist graphite and graphene company developing sustainable new age materials, announces it has received notices to exercise warrants
over 376,509 new Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (“Warrant Shares”) raising £75,301.80 for the Company.

The Warrant Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of 376,509 warrants at an exercise price of 20 pence per Ordinary Share of 2.5 pence each in the Company.
