United Oil & Gas PLC announces that David Quirke has notified the Board of his intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) and Executive Director of the Company at a date to be agreed in due course.
A search process to find a new CFO has been launched and is well advanced. David will remain CFO and Executive Director of United until the search process has concluded to ensure an orderly transition.
