BiON (AIM: BION) gives notice that the Company is working towards the completion of its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the “Annual Report 2021”). However, should it be unable to complete and publish its Annual Report 2021 by its financial reporting deadline of 30 June 2022, the Company’s ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30am on 1 July 2022, pending the publication of its Annual Report 2021.
