Bens Creek Group plc (AIM: BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, has been informed that, on 30 June 2022, David Harris, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 44,642 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 44.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
