Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) advises the scheduled Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on 13 July as per the Notice of Meeting announced on 31 May 2022, will now be held virtually.  Executive Chairman Tony Manini has unfortunately contracted COVID-19 and is currently isolating and unable to travel.
