​United Oil & Gas Plc announces that Tom Hickey has notified the Board of his intention to step down as independent Non-Executive Director (NED), Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee following his appointment as Finance Director of Kenmare Resources Plc announced today. Tom will step down from the Board on 23 September 2022 prior to taking up the Kenmare role.
