Advance Energy plc (AIM:ADV), the energy company seeking growth through acquisition or farm-in to interests in discovered upstream projects, is pleased to announce that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed, including approval of the change of company name to Beacon Energy plc. In conjunction with the change of name, the Company’s TIDM will also change from TIDM:ADV to TIDM:BCE.
