Asiamet Resources Limited (“Asiamet” or the “Company”) was notified on 30 November 2022 that Darryn McClelland, Chief Executive Officer purchased 3,500,000 common shares of par value US$0.01 each (“Common Shares”) at 1.20p per share in the Company. This share purchase is Darryn McClelland’s first open market purchases since his appointment on 13 June 2022.
